About Amethyst
Amethyst is the purple variety of quartz, with its colour produced by trace iron within the crystal and natural irradiation during formation. Its colour can range from very pale lilac to rich violet, while white quartz zoning and internal veils can create the striking bands and patterns visible in these pieces.
Intention & Chakra
Amethyst is traditionally associated with the Third Eye and Crown Chakras and has long been connected with calm, reflection, intuition and spiritual awareness.
We associate Amethyst with Peace & Calm, making these towers lovely pieces for quiet spaces, meditation areas, evening routines or anywhere you want to create a more peaceful atmosphere.
Symbolism of the Tower
The tower shape symbolises focus, direction and intention. Its broad base rises towards a defined point, making towers popular as focal pieces within crystal grids, altar spaces and displays. Symbolically, the point is often used to represent directing or concentrating an intention.
Amethyst is a natural material, so colour, banding, inclusions, internal fractures and other mineral characteristics vary between pieces. These natural features are part of what makes each tower unique.
