Cherub Handmade Crystal Mirror

A completely one-of-a-kind handmade crystal mirror, created using an extraordinary mixture of crystals and minerals individually arranged around the entire frame.

The Cherub Mirror measures approximately 10 × 10 inches and is constructed on a substantial 9mm plywood base. Surrounding the central mirror is an incredibly detailed mosaic of polished stones, natural crystal pieces, chips and mineral fragments, with up to 5,000 individual crystals used throughout the finished design.

A dark Black Tourmaline inner frame creates a striking border around the mirror itself, contrasting beautifully against the huge variety of colours, textures and formations surrounding it.

Look closely and there is something different everywhere. The mixed crystal design includes Pink Tourmaline, Pyrite, Emerald, Apatite, Rose Quartz, Ruby, Agate, Tiger's Eye, Hematite and many, many more crystals and minerals, ranging from larger polished stones to tiny pieces filling the spaces between them.

Rather than following a repeating pattern, the stones have been individually arranged to create an organic, almost treasure-encrusted finish. Every edge and corner reveals another mineral, making this as much a piece of crystal art as it is a functional mirror.

Four hooks are fitted to the back for secure hanging.

This piece has previously been used as display stock and has therefore been reduced from £850 to £550.

About the Cherub Mirror

The Cherub Mirror is part of the handmade side of Harpo’s Angels, where crystals are transformed into completely individual decorative pieces.

Because each crystal varies naturally in colour, size, pattern and formation, recreating an identical mirror simply isn't possible. The combination and placement of the stones make this particular piece entirely unique.

With potentially thousands of individual stones incorporated into the frame, it has been designed to reward a closer look — from recognisable favourites such as Rose Quartz and Tiger's Eye to tiny flashes of Pyrite and the many different minerals tucked between the larger pieces.

Within crystal traditions, these minerals are commonly associated with grounding, stability and protection. The mirror contains many different crystals with their own traditional associations, so customers may connect with different elements of the piece individually.
