Grey Fluorite Crystal Cluster - (Ex Collection)

A striking natural Grey Fluorite crystal cluster, featuring an abundance of beautifully defined cubic crystals in deep smoky grey tones.

This specimen has a wonderfully architectural formation, with overlapping Fluorite cubes building across the surface in different sizes and orientations. The crystals range from darker charcoal grey through to more translucent sections, allowing the internal structure and natural zoning to become visible where the light passes through.

When illuminated, the specimen reveals a green body with dark purple colour zoning, adding another dimension to its otherwise subdued appearance. The contrast between the grey exterior and the colours revealed by light makes this a particularly interesting piece to explore from different angles.

Across the specimen, crisp geometric edges contrast beautifully against softer areas of pale matrix. Viewed from different angles, further smaller cubic formations appear between the larger crystals, giving this piece an impressive amount of detail for its compact size.

This is an ex-collection specimen, having previously formed part of a private mineral collection before coming to Harpo's Angels.

Measuring approximately 67.3 × 34.1mm, this is a beautiful collector's mineral specimen with a darker, moodier appearance than the brightly coloured Fluorite more commonly seen in crystal collections.
