QR Code Fluorite
Product Information
A striking natural QR Code Fluorite from the famous Dachang Mine in Qinglong, Guizhou Province, China. This elegant specimen showcases translucent violet fluorite with naturally etched cubic growth, creating the distinctive geometric patterns that collectors affectionately call "QR Code Fluorite."
Unlike clustered specimens, this piece has a sculptural, upright form that beautifully displays the fluorite's natural architecture. Fine geometric etching, delicate internal zoning and a rich lavender-purple hue combine to create a specimen that catches the light from every angle. Its slender profile makes it an ideal cabinet display or an excellent addition to a dedicated fluorite collection.
Each specimen from this locality is unique, with no two etched patterns ever being exactly alike.
A Note About Fluorite Colours
Fluorite is renowned for its natural colour-shifting qualities. Depending on whether it is viewed in daylight, shade or artificial lighting, the same specimen may appear blue, green, purple or grey. We photograph each piece as accurately as possible, but fluorite often reveals even more depth and colour in person.
