A beautiful natural Scolecite specimen from India, featuring tightly packed bladed crystals growing together in distinctive radiating, fan-like formations.

This compact specimen has wonderful structure for its size. The Scolecite crystals form layered sprays across the piece, with elongated vertical striations giving the surface plenty of texture and definition. Soft cream and ivory tones are complemented by natural earthy mineral staining retained between the crystal growth, giving the specimen an authentic, untouched collector's appearance.

Viewed from different angles, the overlapping crystal fans become particularly apparent, with individual bladed formations emerging from the matrix and creating an almost architectural structure.

This Scolecite comes from a previous private collection and is offered as a one-of-a-kind collector's specimen.

Measuring approximately 43.8 × 53.5mm, it is a lovely smaller mineral specimen for display, collecting or pairing with other Indian zeolites.
